Cheers to the Weekend #14

Wow. Does anyone else feel like January lasted for about five months? It’s been a long, crazy time. But hey, we have a lot of things to look forward to in February! There’s a Super Bowl without the Patriots, so it’s already a solid start. What else is there to look forward to? Check out below!

Super Bowl of Wine // I’ve talked about this before, but if you forgot all about it, Paradise Springs has their Super Bowl of wine TOMORROW! They’ll test out five of their wines in a blind tasting against wines from the same price point all around the world. Also… Paradise Springs will be hosting trivia on Friday the 21st! If you’re planning on attending, you just might run into me!

Valentine’s Dinners // I’ve linked to Potomac Point’s Valentines Dinner here, (We went last year and I couldn’t recommend it more) but this is your friendly reminder to consider your local winery as a option for February 14th. Book soon, because they will fill up! Keep in mind that many wineries will also be closed to the public the evening of Friday the 14th for these dinners. The last thing you want to do is show up at a closed winery!

Beliveau Farm Hike // Calling all Southwest Virginia readers! If you like hiking and wine, Beliveau Estate Winery has just the thing for you. After a self-guided hike to the top of their scenic overlook, treat yourself to some s’mores. And when you come back down, you’ll have the option of vertical flights waiting for you.
